1.About These Terms 关于条款

XiaotouKui (小头盔, "we", "us") is a software development studio serving the Chinese-speaking community outside mainland China. We develop and operate our own software products (including the XiaotouKui app and platform) and provide software development services. By creating an account, using our software or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

小头盔（XiaotouKui）是面向海外华人的软件开发工作室，自研并运营软件产品（含小头盔 App 与服务平台），同时提供软件开发服务。使用本服务即表示同意本条款。

2.Accounts 账户

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Activity under your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use our software or purchase our services.

请保证账户信息真实并妥善保管凭据；账户下的操作由本人负责。使用本服务需年满 18 周岁或取得监护人同意。

3.Software & Services 软件与服务

Our software is provided under the license terms shown at purchase or installation. For custom development engagements, scope, deliverables, milestones and acceptance criteria are defined in the individual project agreement reached with you before work begins.

You are responsible for providing accurate information required by a project (accounts, specifications, materials). Rework caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you may fall outside the agreed scope.

软件按购买或安装时明示的许可条款提供；定制开发项目的范围、交付物、里程碑与验收标准以开工前双方确认的项目协议为准。请准确提供项目所需信息，因信息错误导致的返工可能不在约定范围内。

4.Pricing & Payment 定价与支付

Development services are quoted per project and invoiced in the agreed currency; amounts shown in other currencies are reference conversions at prevailing rates. We accept PayPal, credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay (via Stripe), Alipay, WeChat Pay and bank transfer, subject to availability.

开发服务按项目报价并按约定币种开票结算，其他币种为参考换算价。支持 PayPal、银行卡/Apple Pay/Google Pay（Stripe）、支付宝、微信与银行转账（以实际可用方式为准）。

5.Acceptable Use 合规使用

You agree not to use our software or services for fraud, abuse, money laundering, infringement of intellectual property or any unlawful purpose, and to comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms involved in your project.

禁止利用我们的软件或服务从事欺诈、滥用、洗钱、侵犯知识产权等违法行为；请遵守项目涉及的第三方平台服务条款。

6.Liability 责任限制

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or engagement. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party platforms (payment providers, hosting services) or by incorrect information you provide.

服务按"现状"提供；在法律允许范围内，我们的累计责任以相关产品或项目的实付金额为限，不对第三方平台原因或用户信息错误造成的损失负责。

7.Changes to These Terms 条款变更

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page; continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

条款可能不定期更新，以本页最新版本为准；变更后继续使用即视为接受。
